you must be <strong data-start=\"508\" data-end=\"533\">at least 18 years old<\/strong> and legally responsible.<br data-start=\"558\" data-end=\"561\" \/>Minors staying without a guardian need a <strong data-start=\"602\" data-end=\"647\">written consent from a parent or guardian<\/strong>, submitted <strong data-start=\"659\" data-end=\"694\">at least 14 days before and key pick-up details to your mobile phone. <\/p>\n<p>If you expect to arrive late, please notify us in advance. data-end=\"3744\">Tents, caravans, or motorhomes<\/strong> are not allowed on the property without permission.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>What should I do if there\u2019s a problem?<\/h3>\n<div>\n<p data-start=\"3849\" data-end=\"3994\">Report any <strong data-start=\"3860\" data-end=\"3898\">issues or deficiencies immediately<\/strong> to us or our local representative.<br data-start=\"3933\" data-end=\"3936\" \/>We\u2019ll do our best to fix or compensate during your stay.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3996\" data-end=\"4174\">If you don\u2019t contact us data-end=\"4878\">Customers must <strong data-start=\"4764\" data-end=\"4801\">follow all rules and instructions<\/strong> and are liable for any <strong data-start=\"4825\" data-end=\"4875\">damage
